This derailleur is in great condition and worked perfectly on the bike (early 90s Specialized Sequoia). Pulleys spin freely, pivots move smoothly, etc. The upper pulley is Falcon brand, not the original Shimano. It's definitely a cheaper pulley but seems to get the job done
